A 14-hour reading, seven days
Shorelines Slots at Kawartha Downs is open daily, year round, from 10:00 a.m. to midnight. That is a reading of 14 hours a day, and it does not change from Monday to Sunday. The floor holds 150 slots and no live or electronic table games: a slots-only floor.
For a late visit, the figure that matters is the end of the range. The floor closes at midnight, not after it. A plan that runs past that hour falls outside the schedule on every day of the week.

Lounge hours on the floor
The Player's Lounge and Café sits on the slots floor and keeps shorter hours than the slots. It opens at 10 a.m. every day. Closing is Monday to Thursday at 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday at 10 p.m., and Sunday at 9 p.m. The menu covers light refreshments, a la carte modern casual food and a fully licensed bar.
Read against the slot schedule, the last hours of each night on the floor have no kitchen. Entry is 19 plus with ID, and Great Canadian checks ID for anyone who appears to be under 30. The lounge phone is 705-940-0237.
The Peterborough tables, a third line
Kawartha Downs has no live or electronic table games. The operator's live table listing does not include it. Live tables run at Shorelines Casino Peterborough on Fisher Drive, a separate venue 7.7 km away in a straight line. Their hours: Monday to Thursday 4 p.m. to midnight, Friday and Saturday noon to 2 a.m., Sunday noon to midnight.
On the chart, a time after midnight belongs to the night before. Between midnight and 2 a.m. on a Sunday morning, the tables are still on Saturday's session. Regular floor hours for the Peterborough slots are not published, so the chart does not draw that line.
